These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Mom’s and Dad’s Against Fentanyl (MAD AF), operated by Get Mad AF Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our websites, joining our community, purchasing our products, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully – they’re important for both of us.

Who We Are and What We Do

MAD AF is a movement dedicated to fighting the fentanyl crisis through community action, awareness, and support. We operate multiple connected platforms, including our main website (getmadaf.com), our online store, our member community, The Sticker Vault subscription service, and various support resources and forums.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make purchases, or participate in our community initiatives without parental consent. If you’re between 13 and 17, you’ll need verifiable parental consent before:

  • Sharing personal information
  • Making any purchases

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover we’ve inadvertently collected such information, we’ll delete it immediately.

The Sticker Vault and Product Terms

When you subscribe to The Sticker Vault or purchase our products:

  • Each design is limited edition and will not be reproduced
  • Your Vault number is permanent and non-transferable
  • Shipping addresses must be accurate and current
  • Products are for personal use unless explicitly licensed otherwise
  • Resale of Vault items is prohibited without authorization

Payment and Refund Terms

We process payments securely through third-party processors. By making a purchase:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method
  • You confirm you have authority to use the payment method
  • You acknowledge that recurring subscriptions will auto-renew until cancelled
  • You understand digital content and limited-edition items are non-refundable
  • Physical product returns must be initiated within 30 days and items must be unused

  • Personal stories and experiences shared in groups should not be redistributed
